I am a Postdoc research fellow at University of Milan within the LEARN project. Previosuly, I was involved in the INEQUALITREES project funded by Fondazione della Compagnia di San Paolo. I defended my thesis at University of Trento. Previously, I studied at LUISS University and Collegio Carlo Alberto.

Individual Research Agenda
One of my reserach stream focuses on education & (a bit of) health. I disentangle what "happens" in classroom, the role played by hierarchies, networks, and peers in shaping students' socioemotional skills, academic achievement, educational choices, and healthy habits.

2021/2025 - INEQUALITREES Project
In the postdoc, I will study the levels, drivers, and spacial distribution of unfair socio-economic inequalities and how it affects students' outcomes. To perform this aim, I rely on the harmonization and merge of multiple data sources.

2021/2031 - MakingItaly: Education, Health, and Family Patterns in Italy leveraging new digitalized administrative data (with Giulia Corti)
Thanks to web-scraping and new administrative data, Giulia Corti and I investigate how institutional constraints shape literacy, mortality, and health standards.
