Em And Kay Holdings (Pty) Ltd was established in 2020. Tshirelesto Mooka and Tlhomamo Keolatotswe decided to combine their gifts in order to form a new construction company, Em And Kay Holdings (Pty) Ltd. Em and Kay Holdings (Pty) Ltd is Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC). Em And Kay Holdings (Pty) Ltd started its operations in Pudimoe in 2020, doing carpentry and joinery, ceiling and tiling.
Em And Kay Holdings (Pty) Ltd has engaged the issue of youth empowerment and decisively to empower youth and also employ them. Em And Kay Holdings (Pty) Ltd has what it takes to ensure good governance and corporate management to cope with the increasing workload.
Our strategic objective is to deliver projects that fulfil the customer’s specifications. These specifications include the project being delivered on time, within budget and complete legitimacy. Our leverage is derived from a wide range of social groups and our expertise is to deliver medium and large projects in South Africa and Southern Africa. In order to fulfil our strategic objective, we apply an exceptional design, construction and project management.

Co-Director:
Tlhomamo Keolatotswe is currently responsible for the Office Management. He is newly matriculated and currently doing Electrical Engineering at Vuselela Tvet College.
Co-Director:
Tshireletso Lucas Mooka has been employed in the Construction Industry for 2 years, and he holds a Bsosc in Sociology. His employment is with Celeste Holdings (Pty) Ltd. where he is fulfilling the responsibility of project accusation. His most recent major projects involved the Building of 300 low cost houses in Rustenburg.
Contracts Manager:
Gosenyegang has over 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. He has done projects both as an individual and the contractor for private co-operations.
Contracts Manager:
Nkaelang he is an adjudicator for both plumbers and builders, and he holds a trade test and NHBRC in civil engineering. He has been involved in one of the major projects for building RDPs as the contract manager and has a 1 years experience in construction works.
Project Manager:
Tuelo Steve Chwene project manager for Electrical installation and Wiring and he has 5 years experience. He has been involved in both industrial electrical installation in houses around Pudimoe and Ntswanahatse and holds N3 Certificate in Diesel Mechanics.
