Terms of Use for AI Email Writer - Write Emails iOS App

Thank you for using AI Email Writer - Write Emails (referred to as "the App"), developed by Speed Apps (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use govern your use of the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Use, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

- Interfere with or disrupt the functionality or security of the App.

- Use the App in a manner that may harm or infringe upon the rights of others.

2. User Content

2.1 Ownership:

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the App. However, by using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display, and perform your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the App.

2.2 Responsibility:

You are solely responsible for the content you create or upload through the App. You agree not to submit or transmit any content that:
