Contributed talks:

Contributed talks should be 15 minutes long, plus 5 minutes for questions.

Speakers should share their slides from their own screen.

Session chairs:

At about 14 minutes, the chair should remind the speaker they have 1 minute left. Remind the speaker again at 16 minutes and ask the speaker to wrap up at 18 minutes.

Chairs should moderate a 5 minute Q&A with the speaker, by inviting people to unmute or ask questions in the chat. Any questions in the chat should be read out by the speaker.

Time is tight, so please aim to start each speaker on time.

If there are trailing questions, people could chat in a breakout room in the next lunch/tea break. Just ask Stephen, Mark or Bronwyn to create a breakout room for you.
