Nursing philosophy should be implemented in the reality ground, I always stand at the midway from the nursing theoretical point of view and current practice; In the other hand: the gap between the evidence based practice and current practice require well educated nurses will help the organization to meet mission and vision; this make my nursing philosophy having a great chance to be implemented in the real situation.
