Yes. All sessions are by appointment only so we can prepare your room and ensure your therapist is available.

You will fill out a short consultation form, discuss your needs with the therapist, and then begin your session in a clean, private room with soft music and relaxing ambiance.

Wear anything comfortable. During the massage, you will be professionally draped at all times for privacy and comfort.

Yes. You may request either, based on your personal preference and comfort.

Yes. Deep tissue work can cause mild soreness for 24–48 hours, but you should feel looser and more relaxed afterwards.

If the schedule is open, we accept same-day bookings. It’s best to call or message early.
