**this info applies to K-5, not preschool!**

Can I volunteer at school/in my child's class?

YES! There's always a lot going on! Every grade is a little different, but fill out this form to get on the volunteer list, or reach out to your grade's liaison (like a parent rep).

Where are school supply lists?

Elwell charges a one-time $60 fee in lieu of supplies. You don't have to buy anything yourself.

How do I access Infinite Campus?

If this is your first time accessing Infinite Campus or if you need help, contact Marcia at 970-587-6811.

Get Involved

PTO Meetings

Monthly PTO meetings are held every third Thursday of the month. All parents and guardians are invited to the meeting! We partner with Roosevelt High School Interact Club to provide childcare during our meetings.

Our next meeting is: Thurs, Nov 19 at 3:45pm at Elwell

Dates are subject to change due to schedule conflicts with the school. We will announce any calendar changes as they arise.

Clubs

If you are interested in running or helping with an after school club please reach out to elwellelementarypto@gmail.com.

Chess Club (3-5th grade): 1st and 3rd Tuesdays beginning Oct 6.

Book Club (1-3rd grade): 2nd and 4th Thursdays, 3:45-4:15pm. Starts Oct 8.
Info going out soon. Spots are limited to 20 so there will be a lottery to join.

Lego Club (3-5th grade): Thursdays, starting Oct 1.
Online sign-ups coming soon! Spots are limited to 30 so there will be a lottery to join.

Here are some tasks our volunteers finished recently:

Made copies, put worksheets in dry erase pockets
Laminated and made booklets
Set up Number Corner
Added pages to Weekend News books
Made copies of homework packets
Prepped for Friday folders
Laminated and hung up student work around the suite
Labeled books in the library

We also run events like movie nights, the color run, and trunk-or-treat.
