The Green Empire of the East and the West – A geek metaproject for the youth of the world – Paul Elvere DELSART
I am Paul Elvere DELSART, also known as Henry Harper, and I am the founder of the Green Empire of the East and the West, which I also name the EL4DEV Confederation. This project is not simply one initiative among many. It is the result of my vision, my research, my background as a societal engineer, a writer of social fiction, a civilizational strategist, and a systemic thinker. The Green Empire of the East and the West is a geek project in the full sense of the term, as it combines intellectual rigor, overflowing imagination, cutting-edge technologies, transmedia storytelling, and concrete societal experimentation.
I define my project as geek because it draws upon complex systems, advanced digital tools such as smart data platforms, blockchain technologies, and the science of cybernetic systems. But most importantly, it is aimed at a community of passionate, curious, idealistic individuals who seek to understand the world deeply and to transform it. It is grounded in a fiction-reality universe where each citizen becomes an active player in a live action role playing game that has real impact on territorial dynamics, the economy, education, ecology, and diplomacy. It is an intellectual, social, environmental, and spiritual adventure all at once.
This project is innovative because it proposes to replace outdated hierarchical, economic, and political structures with a horizontal organization based on intermunicipal cooperation, societal diplomacy, and self-management. It offers original alternatives to traditional models through the creation of experimental infrastructures such as the Vegetal Calderas and the educational tourist complexes LE PAPILLON SOURCE. These structures are simultaneously schools, farms, research centers, natural healing spaces, biodiversity conservatories, and living places. They are built on multifunctionality, beauty, sustainability, and co-creation. They generate knowledge, local prosperity, autonomy, joy, and poetry.
My Empire is atypical because it transcends all traditional categories. It is neither a political party, nor an NGO, nor a company in the conventional sense. It is a living work. A parallel world that interpenetrates reality. A collective experience that is radically transdisciplinary and transnational. It blends the symbolism of the Middle Ages with modern Templar Commanderies, the principles of permaculture and positive geoengineering, smart cooperative networks, ethical economics, and the direct participation of citizens in the elaboration of a new global social contract.
The youth will support the Green Empire of the East and the West because they are seeking meaning, a cause to believe in, a just and inspiring societal model. This project carries a new imaginary, a world where everyone can become an actor, an inventor, a builder. It offers young people spaces to learn differently, to travel intelligently, to contribute to major challenges, and to immerse themselves in an adventure that is as philosophical as it is ecological, as creative as it is technological. Young people are sensitive to interconnection, to cooperation, to authenticity. My project speaks to them because it is fully oriented towards peace, justice, beauty, spirituality, and freedom.
It also speaks to them because it gives them responsibility. It offers them not a passive consumption of the world but its active transformation. It offers them real participation in meaningful projects, in the service of the planet, of forgotten territories, of invisible minorities, and of collective intelligence. It invites them to become knights of a new order, new philosophical ambassadors, to break free from individualism, from absurdity, from cynicism.
I am convinced that the youth will rise to defend this operational utopia. Not because it is imposed upon them, but because they will see it as a natural extension of their deepest aspirations. The Green Empire of the East and the West is not only my project. It belongs to all those who still dream, who want to understand, to build, to transmit. It is a lucid and structured dream. It is both a geopolitical and poetic vision. It is an invitation to rebirth, to union, to the reinvention of our societies. And only a free and awakened youth can truly carry its flame.
