Effective Date: June 24, 2026
Application: Trucktris
Service Provider: Eluff Productions
This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled in the Trucktris mobile application (“Application”).
The Application does not operate a user account system or maintain its own server-side database of personal data.
However, third-party software development kits (SDKs) integrated into the Application may process certain data independently in order to provide analytics, advertising, and core platform functionality.
We do not maintain our own servers that store personal user data such as:
Names
Account profiles
Passwords
User-generated content stored on our systems
Some data processing may be performed locally on the device. Any data collected and stored is done by third-party service providers described below.
The Application integrates third-party services that may independently collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies, including:
These providers may process data such as:
Advertising identifiers
Device information (e.g., device model, OS version)
IP address (approximate location inference)
App usage and interaction data
Data collected by third-party SDKs is processed according to the privacy policies and practices of those providers. Their use of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, third-party SDKs may rely on legal bases such as:
User consent (e.g., for personalized advertising where required)
Legitimate interests (e.g., basic app functionality and fraud prevention)
Consent for certain tracking or advertising features may be collected through platform mechanisms or third-party consent tools where applicable.
Third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may use device identifiers and similar technologies to:
Deliver and measure advertisements
Analyze app performance and usage
Improve service functionality and stability
These technologies may include advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID), SDK-generated identifiers, and other standard mobile analytics or advertising tools.
All such technologies are controlled by third-party service providers and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Because we do not operate a personal data storage system:
We do not directly retain personal data on our servers
Retention of any data is handled by third-party providers according to their policies
We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of those providers as shown above for information about their retention practices.
Since the Application does not maintain its own personal data database:
We generally do not have direct access to data stored by third-party providers and may not be able to delete such data ourselves
Requests regarding data access, correction, or deletion should be directed to the relevant third-party providers where applicable
Where possible, we may assist users by forwarding requests or providing guidance. Reach out to us at the provided email.
Users may also limit data collection by:
Adjusting device-level advertising settings
Resetting advertising identifiers
Uninstalling the Application
Users can reset or opt out of advertising personalization via Android settings.
Third-party service providers may process data in countries outside the user’s country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Such transfers are handled by those providers in accordance with their own legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions where applicable).
The Application does not operate its own backend systems for storing personal data.
Third-party service providers integrated into the Application are responsible for implementing appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the data they process, in accordance with applicable laws and their respective privacy policies.
We take reasonable steps to integrate only reputable third-party SDKs and keep them updated where possible to help maintain overall application security.
The Application is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in the user’s jurisdiction).
Third-party SDKs integrated into the Application may independently process data, but we do not knowingly direct advertising or services toward children.
If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us directly at the provided email. Or contact the relevant third-party provider.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use of the Application after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
