Instructions and Schedule
In order to make the Online Conference a striking success, we would wish to instruct the presenters and the participants.
Instructions to the Presenters:
Presentations must be delivered only in English.
All the presenters will be introduced to the audience by the moderator. So the presenters need not introduce themselves to the participants.
The recommended file type to be used for presentations is PowerPoint (in rare cases it can be Portable Document Format (PDF)).
As the total duration of your presentations is 10 minutes, the recommended number of slides for your PowerPoint file is 5-6.
Presentations should not contain full paragraphs of text. Use a bulleted list or outline format and elaborate on the points in your talk.
Don't read from the slide - vary your choice of words.
Speakers are requested to forward their presentation to our mail and report to the session chair at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
As both the days are very hectic, the presenters are requested to follow the schedule and do not ask for any reshuffling or extension of time.
The papers can be either read or presented with the help of PowerPoint.
The Webinar is on ZOOM. The presenter shall acquaint with this platform.
You will not get a certificate if you fail to present paper in the webinar. You shall sort out all technical issues at your end.
