ELSUG promotes the exchange of ideas and innovation among Ex Libris customers in Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. The objective of the ELSUG Virtual Conference is to provide a forum where librarians can share their experiences, best practices, lessons learned, enhancements, and local innovations with others using any of the Ex Libris products: Alma, Aleph, bX, campusM, DigiTool, Esploro, Intota, Leganto, MetaLib, Pivot, Primo, RefWorks, Rosetta, SFX, Summon, Verde, Voyager, and 360.
Please consider contributing to the community of Ex Libris users by sharing your experiences. Our strength is in our many different voices! Proposals may cover any of the Ex Libris products, the interactions between them, and the interoperation with other systems. Proposals may also cover topics that relate to the wider development of library and information systems.

• Acquisitions & cataloging workflows
• Alma analytics
• Best practices in cataloging; discovery systems; focus group testing on user interfaces
• GDC, FPC, Microsoft Access SQL report
• Migrating to Alma
• User-centered test results for Primo optimization
• Metadata and cataloging issues (Linked data, METS, MODS, etc)
• Setting up profiles in sysadmin in Alma
• Anything with Electronic Resources (journals, books, databases, etc.)
• Serials management with Alma Acquisitions
• Alma implementation, how to best use Alma; knowledge base/metadata issues
• Best practices for Alma & Primo (and getting the vendor to make changes/customizations)
• Authorities work
• Just as a note, we are looking for presentations on ANY ExL/Proquest products – Voyager. Summon, Intota, and 360 included!
