El Salvador has a pretty stable government but there are many problems that are leading people away from there homes. One of the problems is that the volcanoes are erupting and people try to get away as fast as possible. Another problem is the crime, El Salvador has the highest murder rate; more than 60% of the murders committed in Salvador are carried out by local gangs competing for power and territory. Its surrounding countries are Cuba, Haiti, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Honduras, and Venezuela.
