Registration

Conference registeration is open. Please register to the conference and pay the conference fee at the University of Helsinki webshop at https://epayment.helsinki.fi/product/els2027-conference-fee/. Please note that conference fee can be paid by a credit card, no invoicing. The payment system will provide a receipt of the payment. People who must have an invoice, please contact els-xxii-loc@helsinki.fi.

Regular fees are valid up to 30.11.2026. From 1.12.2026 to 5.1.2027 the late fee adds 50 €. For cancellations done before 30.11.2026, the registration fee minus a 50 € processing charge is returned. Cancellations from 1. to 31.12.2026, 50 % of the registration fee is returned.

Accompanying guest are most welcommed, please contact els-xxii-loc@helsinki.fi directly and we will customize the accompanying person fee by taking into account which services you are interested to include.

Fees

The conference fee is 550 €. Conference fee includes participating to the conference, an icebreaker event on the evening of Sunday 10.1.2027, coffees and lunches from Monday to Friday, a Lapland sauna excursion with transportation, a conference dinner with transportation, and an outdoor activity excursion.

Abstract submission

Abstract submission deadline is December 6. Please use the templates below, and keep your abstract in three pages, maximum. Only one oral and one poster presentation per person will be accepted. Please use the Abstract submission form to submit your abstract:
