Welcome to Emory University School of Law IT website. Here you will find instructions on how to solve many of the technology-based problems that students face during the semester. To get assistance with IT related issues:
please visit the IT Student Help Desk located on the second floor of MacMillan Law Library. The hours are M-F from 10am to 5pm. The student help desk can also be reached at lawstudent-help@emory.edu
Call the Central IT Helpdesk at 404-727-7777, especially for password issues and resets.

Please note, we do not repair hardware for students. Ideally, you should have a warranty on your device(s) that runs the length of your time in law school. We can also recommend a local repair shop, Onyx Computing, for assistance. They work on both Macs and PCs, and work directly with many warranty programs. They're located approximately 2 miles from the law school, in downtown Decatur.
