All members of the Climate Science team sincerely thanks everyone whose contributions helped make this program possible. All of our team leaders, community partners, and partnered schools have given us this incredible opportunity to share our passion for nature with others. We would not be able to do any of this without their generous support.
Our instructor, Dr. Katie Lynch, and project manager, Ethan Torres, supported and guided our team throughout our journey as educators. Their guidance and wisdom were invaluable to our team's success.
The team at HJ Andrews Forest allowed us to take students to their site and use their space as our classroom. A special thank you to Forest Director Dr. Mark Schulze, who granted us access and provided his vast knowledge of the forest, and to Dr. Matt Nyman, whose data collection efforts aim to communicate the value of environmental education.
We would also like to thank the life skills and science classes from the 4J and Springfield school districts that attended our lessons, as well as the teachers and chaperones for their invaluable support and participation.
All of our lesson materials and transportation are paid for by the Environmental Leadership Program through the University of Oregon.
