1. What do I need to take an online course?

Answer. Internet connection and a computer running Windows, Linux or Mac O.S. Tablets and smartphones are not supported. There are some courses that require more RAM and hard drive space than others. Please see the course page for detailed information.

2. What is the class methodology?

Answer. Self study or Flipped classroom. Flipped classroom means that you must first study the material and once a week we have a virtual class to clarify any concepts and work on practices.

3. When can I access the courses?

Answer. 24-48 hours, generally we enroll participants in less than 24 hours. 

4. How long do I have to finish a course?

Answer. Up to six months after your enrollment.

5. Is attendance a must for completing a course?

Answer. No. Upon enrollment, you have two learning paths: self-study (ideal for professionals or experienced students) or live online classes. You can begin with self-study, but note that online classes follow a set schedule. Topics won't be covered out of order.

6. What is required for completing a course?

Answer. Complete the practice test and the final exam of each course. 

7. Where can I get my certificate of completion?

Answer.  We assess student progress after a minimum of 30 calendar days from enrollment. This applies even if you complete the course material earlier.

8. How can I make the course payment?

Answer. We accept Yappy(Panamá), bank transfer or paypal (international). 

9. Do you offer refunds?

Answer. No.

10. Are you a Cisco NetAcad Authorized Institution?

Answer. Yes. We are endorsed by the prestigious Cisco NetAcad Academy.

11. Are you recognized by any higher or university education regulatory entity?

Answer. If you're seeking a diploma or certificate with documented course hours that fulfill your country's Ministry of Education or higher education requirements, we recommend exploring accredited institutes or universities.
