Important Notes:
Performers are responsible for doing their own hair and makeup prior to call time, unless they talk with the hair moms
Wear DEODORANT! (EVERY performer needs to wear it tech week and shows!)
Wear a shirt or hoodie that buttons or zips. It’s hard to get shirts over hairstyles and makeup when putting on costumes.
REMEMBER to bring a water bottle.
ALL PERFORMERS must wear foundation! Black Box lighting makes skin look pale and shiny.
Items to bring with you for tech week and performances:
Deodorant, bobby pins, hair rubber bands, brush/comb, hair products (non-aerosol hair spray or gel), powder, and makeup/lipstick (for touch ups).

CHARACTERS: Albert, Conrad, Mr. MacAfee, Randolph, Hugo, teen boys
Make-up:
Face: Foundation (for fair skin tone, one shade darker than normal skin color) then loose or pressed powder
Cheeks: Bronze or neutral color blush on cheekbones (not pink)
Eyes: Mascara (light, brown eye pencil is optional)
Lips: Chapstick or lipstick close to natural lip color (not shiny)
Hair:
Combed nicely, set with product (*Certain characters might have specific hair - check with hair moms if you have questions)

CHARACTER: Rose
Make-up:
Face: Foundation (for fair skin tone, one shade darker than normal skin color) then loose or pressed powder
Cheeks: Pale pink blush on cheekbones
Eyes: Black pencil or liquid liner, black mascara, pale (earthtone) shade of eye makeup on eyelids (maybe a little darker on the eyeliner)
Lips: Dark wine or red color lipstick (pick one that looks good on you)
Hair:
Long, wavy curls. Pinned up on one side with rose clip

CHARACTERS: Kim and Ursula
Make-up:
Face: Foundation (for fair skin tone, go one shade darker than normal skin color) then loose or pressed powder
Cheeks: Pale pink blush on cheekbones
Eyes: Brown pencil or liquid liner, black mascara, pale (earthtone) shade of eye makeup on eyelids
Lips: Light or natural lip color (No dark or red lipstick)
Hair:
Long, wavy curls - Kim (hair band) - Ursula (white bow or bows)

CHARACTERS: Mrs. MacAfee and Mrs. Peterson
Make-up:
Face: Foundation (for fair skin tone, go one shade darker than normal skin color) then loose or pressed powder
Cheeks: Blush on cheekbones (not light pink)
Eyes: Brown pencil or liquid liner, black mascara, pale (earthtone) shade of eye makeup on eyelids
Lips: Mauve or deeper shade of lip color (No dark or red lipstick)
Hair:
1950’s mom style - maybe some big curls pinned up - play around with it and check with hair moms during tech week
*Audrey - two french braids for wig
*Morgan - bring white or gray spray

CHARACTERS: Named and ensemble teen girls
Make-up:
Face: Foundation (for fair skin tone, go one shade darker than normal skin color) then loose or pressed powder
Cheeks: Pale pink blush on cheekbones
Eyes: Brown pencil or liquid liner, black mascara, pale shade of eye makeup on eyelids (Nothing dramatic - 1950’s teen)
Lips: Light or natural lip color (No dark or red lipstick)
Hair:
Longer hair can be in a ponytail on the back of the head OR can be curled with the top half pulled back in ponytail/bottom half hanging down
*All hair will have ribbon or scarf
Shorter hair - come in natural style with it nicely styled with hair product - check with hair moms, if questions
