As part of an ongoing investigation, I manipulated cement into different forms and used various preparation methods.
I played with embedding magnets and incorporating magnetic powder into the formula. This created unique ways to attach and install multiple pieces together.
I did all of this in my studio space, where I got to experiment with embedding all sorts of materials and setting methods. This taught me the strengths and weaknesses of the material - and how I can use that knowledge to benefit my architectural project.
Executed fabrication and installation efforts for a private client's headquarters, delivering 50+ custom engraved shelving units honoring award recipients. Carried out wood preparation and finishing (sanding, staining) and ensured quality control across all pieces. Precisely aligned and installed shelving using laser levels, drywall anchors, and secure mounting methods across four locations within a fast-paced three-day timeline. Coordinated award updates for re-engraving and provided client guidance on swapping and maintaining display components.
Executed large-scale interior murals as part of a three-person team, interpreting construction documents and submittals into accurate, site-specific installations. We adapted the daily production pace over a five-week installation to align with budget constraints and scheduled timelines.
Produced multi-layered graphic compositions using vinyl masking techniques and precise paint application. Integrated dimensional wood elements, elevating visual depth and creating a cohesive spatial experience across the installation.
A conceptual sculpture reflecting how history can be mixed with new in architectural buildings. This was made from a 2 part mold and plaster. I used the natural gaps from how it set and fitted a piece of wood into the slot. Textiles and ceramic pieces were mixed in during pouring to be revealed when chipped away.

The sculpture is intended to be fully disassembled and reassembled. The wooden pieces create a dome-like spherical structure, cascading down to have two entry points. This can be scaled up or down to create a desired size structure.

I have practiced the art of papermaking in an incredible studio under Melissa Potter. I learned techniques that can be applied to various forms of art and fabrication. I have also experimented in making my own pulp from the fruit in the grocery store. Below shows my process.
I learned letterpress printing techniques for use in larger wood block artistic compositions, as well as metal type. I utilized my handmade paper to emboss and print onto them.
Created multiple edition artworks that maintained consistency over several layers of printing.
