Self Care
Here are some ideas to keep you going...
....because this is tough stuff and it's okay to not know what to do.
· Give yourself a break from the news and social media - it helps!
· Take a 10 minute walk. Get up and give yourself a break from what ever it is you're doing.
· Keep your regular sleep schedule.
· Communicate your need for a break
· Remind yourself it's ok to make mistakes and to not be perfect
· Remind yourself you're doing the best you can!
· Positive affirmations..."hey, Siri, in 1 hour remind me that I'm amazing."
· Organize and clean, then relax in the de-clutter
· Take a bath or shower.

· Facetime or call a friend.
· Listen to music, an audiobook, or read
· Cuddle your kids or pet.
· Schedule in your self-care time.
· Color or do a puzzle
· Laugh. Watch or read something funny :)
· Exersize! Find what works for you. Dance, Yoga, Walk!
· Exersize your beliefs and what is meaningful to you!
· Think about things you're thankful for and write them down each day
· Take deep breaths!
· Reach out for help if you need it, we're all in this together!
