ELLIS Career Compass is a two-day event designed for late-stage PhD students and Postdocs in AI who are standing at a pivotal crossroads: what comes next? Whether you aim to lead a research team, join a frontier AI company, or build your own startup, this workshop connects you with the people and perspectives to help you take that next step.
We bring together 50 participants for a focused two-day program featuring speakers from academia, industry, and startups. The event also includes workshops on research proposal writing and business case analysis where students get to learn practical skills needed for different career paths.
