Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 18, 2026
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Scope and developer identity
This Privacy Policy applies to applications that link to this page from their app store listing or within the application and follow the local-processing practices described below.
For each application, "the developer", "we", "us", and "our" mean the developer or publisher identified on that application's app store listing. This page may be used by applications published under different developer accounts. It does not mean that all those accounts are the same legal entity.
To identify the developer responsible for your application, consult its app store listing. When contacting the privacy support address in Section 14, include the application name and, if available, the publisher name or store link so that the request can be directed appropriately.
An application may provide additional app-specific privacy details within the application. This common policy does not imply that every covered application has the same features or security options.
2. Privacy overview
The covered applications provide personal productivity features that process the content you enter or import locally on your device. An application may store personal or sensitive information locally. Local storage is different from sending information to the developer.
The covered applications do not automatically upload your saved content to developer-operated servers. They do not use developer-operated online user accounts, cloud synchronization, advertising networks, behavioral tracking, analytics services, or automatic crash-reporting services.
We do not sell or rent your saved content, use it for targeted advertising, or remotely access information that remains only on your device.
If you separately contact support or choose to transfer a file to an external destination, information may leave your device as described below.
3. Information processed locally
Depending on the application's features and your choices, locally processed information may include:
• Text and records you enter, such as titles, dates, questions, notes, labels, lists, and preferences.
• Documents, images, and other supported files you explicitly choose to import.
• File information needed to organize or display selected files, such as filenames, file types, sizes, and source labels.
• Local organization information, such as links between records, revision history, archived items, and items in Trash, where provided.
• Settings needed to provide available features.
Depending on what you enter or import, content may contain health information, personal identifiers, financial details, or other sensitive information. These categories describe possible user-provided content; they do not mean that every application requests or needs each category.
Only enter or manage information that you are entitled to use. If you manage another person's information, obtain their permission or another appropriate authority.
4. Purposes of processing
Selected information is processed to provide the features you request, such as creating and organizing records, searching saved text, displaying supported files, retaining preferences, preparing exports, and creating or restoring backups where supported.
Information is used for the functionality available in the application. Saved content is not used by us for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
5. File access and permissions
Import, export, and other optional features use the access mechanisms provided by the application and operating system. Where available, you select files and destinations through the system file picker.
Permission requests must relate to an available feature. You may decline an optional action or permission, although the feature that needs it may then be unavailable. Manage permissions through your device settings.
Choosing a file from a cloud or external storage provider may involve that provider. Its handling of information is governed by its own policies.
6. Storage and security
Saved content remains in the storage locations used by the application and operating system unless you choose an export, backup, or other transfer.
Security measures depend on the application. Encryption, PIN locks, screenshot protection, private storage, and password-protected backups are not promised for every application or file. Consult its app-specific privacy details and settings.
Some document operations may temporarily require readable information in memory or device storage. App-specific handling of temporary files is described by the application.
Protect your device and external copies. No security measure can guarantee protection in every circumstance.
7. Exports, backups, and transfers you choose
Where supported, you decide what to export or back up and where to save it. Destinations may include device storage, removable storage, and providers available through your operating system.
People and services with access to that destination may be able to access the saved file. If you later send or upload it through another application, that transfer is governed by your actions and the recipient's or provider's practices.
Do not assume that an ordinary PDF, ZIP package, image, or other exported file is encrypted. A password-encrypted backup is a separate feature only where explicitly provided.
Original files may contain identifiers and embedded metadata. Export does not automatically redact or remove this information unless the application explicitly offers and describes that function.
Deleting an item in an application does not delete copies previously saved or sent elsewhere. The developer cannot revoke access to external copies you control.
8. Retention and deletion
Locally saved content is retained until you remove it using available application or operating-system controls.
Where Trash or revision history is provided, information may remain until the relevant permanent-deletion or clearing action is completed. Moving an item to Trash is not permanent deletion.
Clearing application data or uninstalling normally removes private local data. External files, shared-storage files, exports, and backups may remain and must be managed separately.
Operating-system backup and restoration behavior varies by application, operating system, and settings. Consult the app-specific details; do not assume that all applications disable device backups.
We cannot remotely retrieve or erase information that exists only on your device or in copies you control. Keep any backups and passwords needed for recovery; the developer may be unable to recover lost local information.
9. Support communications
If you contact support, we receive the information you voluntarily send, such as your email address, message, application name, and attachments.
We use it to respond, investigate the issue, and maintain necessary support records. Support information is not used for targeted advertising. Email and support providers may process the message to deliver and handle your request.
Use fictional examples when possible. Do not send passwords, backup passwords, medical documents, or other sensitive information unless necessary to address the request. Remove personal information from screenshots when possible.
Support information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the request, maintain relevant records, and meet applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of information supplied to support. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law.
10. Independent platforms and this webpage
App stores, operating systems, browsers, email services, file providers, and other services you choose may process information under their own policies. Their independent processing is separate from local processing in a covered application.
For example, an app store may process purchase and download information. The covered applications do not receive your payment-card details through the app store's payment flow.
This webpage is hosted on Google Sites. Google may process website-visit information, including technical connection information and cookies, under its privacy policy:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
Opening the online policy requires your browser to connect to the website. It does not cause the covered application to upload saved records or documents. Hosting this page on Google Sites does not mean that locally stored application content is sent to Google by the application.
11. Your choices and privacy requests
You control what information you enter, which optional actions you take, and which supported imports, exports, and backups you create.
Use application and device controls to manage local information. For support information you sent to us, contact the address below and identify the relevant application.
Where applicable law gives you additional privacy rights, contact us to exercise them. We may need sufficient information to identify the application and request, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
If you believe a child sent personal information to support, contact us so that it can be reviewed and addressed. This policy does not authorize collecting or sharing a child's information without appropriate permission.
12. App-specific features and sensitive content
An application's store description, available controls, and app-specific privacy details identify its actual features. Examples in this common policy do not promise those features in every application.
For an application organizing health or medical documents, content may be present because you enter or import it. Local organization, file display, and user-supplied source labels do not by themselves establish clinician verification or provide a diagnosis or treatment recommendation.
Consult app-specific details for special security, backup, retention, or export behavior. If a feature introduces materially different data processing, its disclosures must be updated before that processing begins, with notice or consent where required.
13. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when applications or their data practices change. The updated date appears at the top.
Where required, additional notice or consent will be provided before a new use of personal information begins. An update does not by itself authorize using previously saved content for an unrelated purpose.
An application whose behavior differs must provide appropriate updated or separate disclosures. New applications and services cannot rely on statements that do not accurately describe them.
14. Privacy contact
Privacy and support email: glyin98@outlook.com
Include the application name and, if available, its publisher name or store link. This identifies the developer responsible for your application and helps route your request. Do not include passwords, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
