Headphone chipset is the BES2500ZP, an all in one solution for audio processing, bluetooth, and many other features. A datasheet was not publicly available. There is also another one of Samsung's custom power ICs onboard, the MUB01.These headphones have pretty severe water damage.
The speakers are AKG 3421A, with 2 mini drivers each. The earbuds also have a proximity sensor
