About Me

Elliot Adler is a developer and investor in real estate who lives in San Diego. He has a lot of experience and a good understanding of how complicated real estate deals are. During his free time, he gives both money and time to a number of local charities.

Experience and qualifications in the workplace:

Management:

Throughout his career, Adler was in charge of a business that provided services to more than 5,000 clients in different ways. As the company's top manager, he was in charge of all levels of staff and making sure that goals for the annual budget, human resources, and clients were met. Even though managing is hard, he finds it very rewarding. He would tell any manager to create a clear vision for the team while also encouraging people to pursue their own goals. When both people and the organization strive for new benchmarks, it's possible to have a lot of growth and great care for clients.

Real estate investment:

Adler knows a lot about many different kinds of real estate. He knows a lot about building and investing in real estate, as well as the different needs of both homes and businesses. For long-term success, each route needs a different set of skills and close attention to every detail.

Real Estate Development:

The real estate market in California boomed along with the rest of the country in 2021 and early 2022. Adler has been in the real estate business for a long time, as shown by the fact that he has been involved in a number of large development and financing projects in the San Diego area. Mixed-use developments are very desirable because they have both homes and businesses. As people need more places to live, this area of real estate development is likely to become more popular.

Elliot Adler's personal interest in real estate comes from his work with property development, commercial lease negotiations (with Starbucks, AT&T, and other corporate executives), ground leases, and real estate financial problems. The main goal is to increase wealth and the value of the portfolio as a whole, but there is also a focus on sustainable development, building communities, and helping San Diego and the local economy grow.

Putting money into property:

Traditional investors have become more interested in real estate-related financial products over the past few years. This has led to a rise in the use of investment funds to spread out property holdings and a general trend toward growth in many different industries.

REITs, or real estate investment trusts, and real estate mutual funds are two of the most common ways to invest. Both of these are good ways to diversify your investments and get started in real estate. Adler sees these financial products as a way to take part in real estate transactions while keeping cash on hand and making money without making a big individual investment in real estate.

For easy access to money, you can buy shares or assets that are similar to shares on a regular basis. You can also invest in these vehicles through retirement plans like a 401(k), an IRA, a Roth IRA, or a Health Savings Account (HSA).

REITs can be used to keep a position in a portfolio of assets that includes apartment complexes, office buildings, shopping centers, and other types of real estate. Rental income and other property gains bring in money and help a business make money. REITs are a great way to diversify a stock portfolio, and the REIT itself may be very diversified, which protects investors even more from market drops.

Philanthropy and giving to good causes:

There are many ways for a successful businessman in San Diego to work with local charities. Elliot Adler's personal philanthropy is based on volunteer work, because he believes in doing more than just giving money to charity. In his previous job, he also tried to get his coworkers to do volunteer work.

One of his favorite things to do as a volunteer is to play in youth basketball leagues and give money to help inner city leagues pay for things like uniforms, league fees, and other equipment. He was also a volunteer coach for a boys varsity basketball team at a high school in San Diego for two years.

Mama's Kitchen also welcomes people who want to help out. Mama's Kitchen is a local non-profit organization that helps San Diegans with serious illnesses eat better so they don't get any more health problems. No matter if a person has heart disease, diabetes, HIV, or another long-term illness, meal preparation and delivery can help them get the nutrition they need. Adler has helped the non-profit reach its goal by giving his time to it. He has spent several hours giving meals to people who needed them.

Adler is dedicated to helping people, and he helped get Neil Miller out of prison after 22 years. Miller was found not guilty after Adler found and analyzed DNA evidence. At the time this was found out, Miller had been in prison for 10 years for a crime he had not done. The Innocence Project, an organization that works to free people who were wrongfully accused or convicted, has named him as one of 300 exonerees.
