Researcher Bio

I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science. My research program is broadly focused on understanding the dynamics of suffering and well-being in organizations, and integrates perspecitves across three research streams: (1) grief in the workplace and work-related grief; (2) understanding and preventing workplace mistreatment and stigmatization; and (3) design and implementation of positive workplace interventions. My research has been published in Human Resource Management, and Journal of Applied Psychology.

I served as a Visiting Assistant Professor in the Management and Organizational Development Group of the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in 2021, transitioning to faculty at the London School of Economics in Fall term of 2022. I completed my PhD in Business Administration in the Department of Work & Organizations of the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management in 2021. Prior to pursuing my graduate studies at Carlson, I graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Psychology and a minor in Philosophy, and worked as a project manager at the University of Missouri as a Research Specialist in the Department of Psychological Sciences
