Lost In Imagination

What it's about:

This short film that I wrote, directed, edited and lots more is about:

There is a girl named Claire and a girl named Clara. Claire goes through 8 sessions of therapy to get her to understood that her imaginary friend Clara isn't real or is she?

Costumes and Necklace

The costumes were very important for my piece as they show the emotions of the characters as to how they are feeling as well as showing their different personalities through expression themselves in clothing.

The mood for Claire is understanding and acceptance which is why I chose to go with white and blue colour clothing.

This is the necklace that i got for my project for both Claire and Clara to wear. I chose one with three as I had the idea to have the middle one hanging up on the tree next to the swings where they always are as a way to keep their love alive.

For the process of creating my film a lot of time was spent editing and colour grading. For the first snippets of what I wanted to include first I put them together creating my first cinematics.

In relation to the left one this video is similar but this is my first work with dialogue and making sure to use different points of view and not just from one perspective and to make sure they all linked well speaking- wise together.

~This was an image I found when listening to a music playlist which helps to give me ideas. I strait away though about them being alone and that they wish someone as there and then I thought what if there was someone there who know one else can see as if from an outside perspective it looks like they are sad and all alone when in fact in there perspective they have an imaginary friend who is there keeping them company. This is the same for my poster that I made.
