"We felt so fortunate to be able to utilize Ellie's overnight doula services for our one-year-old. This was the first night we had been away from our little one, and Ellie made the experience as easy as possible. She asked for instructions ahead of time, and asked great follow up questions to make sure we were on the same page before our night away. Ellie will work with you and your family to support you in the way(s) you find important and has worked with infants and children from a wide range of ages and developmental stages. If you are looking for overnight doula services, consider connecting with Ellie to see how she can support your family."

"Ellie's help was invaluable after I had my preemie twin baby boys. Having her in our home meant that we were able to get more sleep and therefore be more calm, collected, and loving parents in the daytime. She helped to bottle feed the boys during my late-night pumping sessions when I was too exhausted to think. She showed the babies the same love and care as if they were her own. One thing I love about what Ellie does is that she tailors her services to your needs—she was educated and helpful when it came to the boys' reflux issue, eager to do whatever steps necessary such as holding them upright after feeds, pace feeding, and taking frequent burping breaks. The spit up didn't seem to bother her either, and that's saying something because my babies spit up a lot! All in all, I am beyond grateful for Ellie's care. I look forward to having her in my home again during that first tough season of the next baby!"

"Ellie stayed with my daughter for seven consecutive nights, when my daughter was 5-6 weeks old. Ellie slept in our guest room, with my daughter in a bassinet. She also used our breathing and video monitor, so if I needed to, I could check in on my daughter if I awoke in the middle of the night (mom anxiety, just in case). For the first nights, my baby woke about three times. Then, over the week, Ellie worked to identify my daughter’s rhythm and needs, which allowed us to cut down feeding times during the night so my baby could sleep more soundly and wake up less. Each morning, Ellie would give us an overview of the night - how it went, how many times she got up, her diaper changes, bottle feeds, all of it. We devised a plan each day to figure out how we wanted to handle bed times, and night wakes, and bottle feeds. Then, each night for seven nights, my husband and I were able to sleep. We felt such trust in Ellie’s ability to care for our daughter that we were actually able to get a good, deep night of sleep (which is so crucial for new moms, especially; after all, my body was still very much healing). Because of this sleep, my husband and I felt like we were able to be better parents to our daughter throughout the day (and better partners to each other): we had more patience and more love to give. And, to top it off, my daughter was also waking up better rested, more alert, and a happier version of herself. Now, at three months old, our daughter sleeps soundly through the night - something we will always attribute to Ellie’s support, care, and guidance. Ellie has been so pivotal in our parenting journey. We feel so beyond blessed to have had her help, her kindness and care, her abilities, and her magic grace our home. I feel so grateful for not just her physical night time help, but also her emotional support, too. She has offered her listening ears to me multiple times, as I’ve shared my struggles with motherhood and all that comes with it (breastfeeding, pumping, healing, baby blues, postpartum). Each time, she listens without judgment, supports and validates my experiences, and helps me find a solution that feels best to me. If you’re on the fence of whether hiring a postpartum night doula is right for you, it is - and Ellie is your answer! It’s made our home a better place: one where sleep, rest, healing, and love can grow. Thank you for everything, Ellie! You are incredible, invaluable, and life changing!!!"
