The SiriusXM app stopped recognizing my SiriusXM account username/password two days ago (May 17). Three days ago I see there was an update to Roku. I have a Roku 3 box and an Insignia TV. It had been working for years.

I'm STILL having this problem with no answers offered. I recently added SiriusXM as a trial. They are now posting a message saying that they are having trouble and that Favorites, Settings, ETC will not be stored. I am forced to login with my password every single time. This was not the case for the first few days. This is not the case on my phone. I can access the APP normally. Surely there must be a fix to this. It's really a pain to have to play the 'hop around the alphabet' to enter my password every single time. I really need to solve this before my trial is up. I won't pay for Sirius if it keeps doing this. By the way, Sirius says that because I accepted the offer through ROKU, it's their problem

I'm trying to login to SiriusXM through C4 and nothing works. I therefore changed my password on the SiriusXM site and tried again to connect through C4 with the new credentials, still no success. I also have tried from the driver and same result. Here's the LUA output and hoping someone can help. Note: XXX is the right password

Same!! And for once I'm glad I'm not alone. I do know they recently changed their UI on their app so I'm suspicious they monkeyed around elsewhere as well. In testing my password I did notice their online login has changed to prompt for MFA with the option to use password. I am on driver 108, maybe a simple change will be required.

I don't know if it's related or not, but I've recently encountered a problem w/Sirius playing on my desktop computer. No relevance to a phone app. I don't use/have that. I've listened to XM online for quite some time. We let the computer play background music in the house. I normally just brought up the Chrome icon & it played. Didn't need to enter username/password, which I couldn't remember anyway since I never had to enter them. A week ago I loaded Sirius XM player just like always & got a new screen asking for sign-in info. WHAT? I tried signing in & it said I was already signed in on the internet player. Yes....that's what I want. But, still it wouldn't load or play. Finally figured out some kind of sign-in & it brought up the XM home page, but all of my "favorites" showed as being locked with a padlock.


So, I went to the "ask for help" button in the corner & someone named Punjab Shaheesh, or something like that, tried helping. Always starts out, "no worry....". I wasn't worried, though. Reset my username etc. I clicked on the home page & all was good!! Wow!. Punjab said goodbye. I closed XM panel & reopened it. Now just a pitch black screen!! Nothing. Tried multiple times since....nothing but a pure black screen. No logo, no print, no nothing.


All other facets of my computer & go-to websites seem normal.


Does this relate to anyone else's problem? BTW, the XM in the vehicles seems 100% normal.
