Defects: If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide a detailed description of the defect and photos if possible. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of confirmation for a full refund. Cancellations after this period will incur a fee of [percentage]% of the order value to cover materials and labor costs.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New York State in the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York State in the United States of America.
