Do you keep your pets in kennels during boarding?

No, Ellen's does not keep your pets in kennels during their boarding time! Unlike many boarding homes and doggy daycares, our pets are free to roam with ample outdoor space. We believe your pet should have the freedom to roam and have fun, making their experience away from you as comfortable as possible.

Are you a certified dog trainer?

Yes, our trainer has an ABC training certificate from the accredited Animal Behavioral College. This internationally recognized course has given our trainer the tools needed to provide proper canine training and a thorough knowledge of animal behavior and motives.

What is the training process like?

Our training program is individualized for the need of the dog. After determining areas of improvement with the owners, we come up with a plan to make sure your pet is successful outside of training. Our training sessions work towards giving pet owners the tools and guidance needed to continue the desired behaviors in their own homes. We incorporate fun outdoor activities, positive reinforcement, and believe consistency and patience is an important asset in successful training.
