staying hydrated is important (especially when you sing every day, but that might just be me) and it keeps you healthy. it is very good. very yummy. fun fact, your body is 75% water !! (don't use me as a resource). so if you don't drink water EVERYYYY DAY you die :3

food is seriously delicious. i dunno about you but whenever i see a meal that's all the colors of the rainbow, i want to devour it. (fun fact: you can survive longer without food than water!) it is vital that you eat food. no matter what it is, get some carbs into your body!! if you have a disorder, you got this dude 👊 (it's a fist bump)
in all seriousness, if food makes you want to throw up, you will overcome it, bad things don't last forever! so go eat that piece of fruit
