Scenario 1 : Have never been fingerprinted and cleared as a volunteer for EGUSD.
Please go to this website. You will need to complete two items.
Volunteer Packet - Needs to be filled out and turned in.
Volunteer Public School Works How To Guide - Need to Complete an online course and one attestation. Once completed there are instructions to send your certificates of completion to VolunteerClearance@egusd.net
Scenario 2: If you have been fingerprinted prior and have been cleared by EGUSD Prior to July 1, 2026
You will need to complete 1 additional task.
Volunteer Public School Works How To Guide - Need to Complete an online course and one attestation. Once completed there are instructions to send your certificates of completion to VolunteerClearance@egusd.net
Once fully cleared you will receive an email confirming clearance, and they will copy the school as well.
