Elizaveta Perova is a Senior Economist at the Poverty Department of the World Bank. She currently leads the World Bank poverty program in Türkiye. Previously, she led East Asia and Pacific Gender Innovation Lab, and before then she worked as the World Bank poverty economist in Latin American countries. She holds an MPP and a Ph.D. in Agricultural and Resource Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
