Every individual has  beliefs and values that influence and direct his\her behavior. The below  statement seeks to express my core beliefs and values that guides me on my field of work.

I believe that  the evolution of technology needs to be felt in the life of every individual, therefore technological activities/tools need to be incorporated more in teaching and learning especially at the early years.

As an educational researcher, instructional designer, and teacher, my philosophy is centered around the belief that education should be accessible, engaging, and inclusive for all learners. I am a passionate advocate for the use of technology in enhancing the learning process, particularly during the early years of education. Through the integration of technological tools and activities in teaching, individuals can develop unique abilities and keep pace with technological advancements.

To create effective instructional materials that cater to diverse learners' needs, I draw upon various learning theories, such as behaviorism, cognitivism, constructivism, constructionism, and connectivism. My aim is to create an interactive and engaging learning environment that enables students to acquire knowledge, build skills, and develop attitudes that will facilitate their personal and professional success.

As an instructional designer, I firmly believe that education is the foundation for personal and societal growth. I am committed to creating innovative educational materials that empower learners and provide them with equal opportunities, irrespective of their gender, race, or background. My educational background in early childhood education, information technology, and instructional psychology and technology equips me with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in various fields.

In summary, my philosophy centers on the integration of technology in teaching to enhance the learning experience for all learners, promote inclusivity, and empower individuals to achieve their full potential.
