The ELITS Handbook is an initiative by the Bureau of Student Affairs and Welfare (STAFWELL) of the Secretariat of English Language and Literature (ELITS) to provide a one-stop centre for students old and new in navigating the BENL student experience while facilitating students' academic affairs and welfare.
