Elite Trauma and Emergency Training (ET2) is an Emergency Nurses Association Training Site.

COURSES & OPPORTUNITIES
TNCC 9TH EDITION
All these courses are presented in a virtual platform using ZOOM. All classes are scheduled in a CST (Central Standard Time).
ENA PRE-COURSE REQUIREMENTS:
*All TNCC courses will require all ENA Pre-course video modules (Approx. 4hrs) to be completed and submitted the day before your class date. Failing to do so may prevent access to your exam and force re-enrollment.
*All courses include virtual TNP skills checkoff with instructor and access to online final exam.
*ENA requires all course students to have the most updated edition of each course manual.
FOUR COURSE TYPE DESCRIPTIONS
* 9TH EDITION TNCC 2 DAY COURSE
2 days (19.50 CEU credits) w/instructor.
This course is designed for those who have never had a TNCC certification or those who have little to no ED/TRAUMA experience or you are a nurse with less than two years ED and trauma experience or those who just want the extra education.
* RENEWAL TNCC:
This class is an abbreviated one day course that will include 13.75 CEU credits; recommended for nurses with previous TNCC education and trauma experience.
Renewal course qualifiers and requirements: *Renewal TNCC is only available to those who have had TNCC previously and are current (Can not be expired more than 90 days)
* We have classes scheduled during the day and some evenings. If you do not find a date that works with your schedule, this course type offers an opportunity to schedule a private class.

*30Min. TNCC CHALLENGE
The CHALLENGE Course includes 9.0 CEU credits and a 30-45min. session with instructor (1:1) No teaching, question and answer session TNP virtual skills checkoff and online exam access from home. This course has ENA required pre-course modules that are required to be completed prior to the start of your class session.
How do you qualify for this Challenge course: (If you have never had TNCC/ENPC this may not be the course type for you)
>Have a current TNCC Certification
>Regularly practice the TNP skills
NOTE: If you choose the challenge course type and are unable to complete your exam with 80% or better with the two attempts provided, ENA will require you to re-enroll in the two-day full course course for further exam access.
SCHEDULING YOUR PRIVATE ONE-DAY RENEWAL AND CHALLENGE COURSE DATE/TIME
Challenge courses may be scheduled during the day or some evenings. You will need to call to make this private schedule or enroll adding by selecting the challenge option, noting three or four dates and times of your availability in the comment section and we will call you to schedule. Our course specialist will confirm with the instructor which of the requested dates works best for her schedule. Once a schedule is agreed upon your class enrollment will be created and a link sent to be used in enrolling.
ALL COURSE FORMATS
> All courses will be 100% from your home through your computer via ZOOM. This format is the same as if you were in the classroom.
>In-class activities have been adapted to a computer format to maintain optimal interaction and the TNP skills table is presented in a computer document with all the same equipment available visually; arranged in A-J order.
FINAL EXAM
Final exam is open book; You will have seven days at the completion of class to take the final exam online. An email from ENA with the link for access to the exam will be sent at the conclusion of the virtual course. You are given seven days after you recieve your completion email to take your exam. During the seven days you will have two attempts for a passing score. A minimum score of 80% is your marker for successful completion of the online examination.
MANUALS
The Printed or E-Book TNCC 9th Edition manuals are mandatory per ENA and are available to purchase at the time of enrollment. (TNCC book prices are listed on the enrollment site and are non-refundable) (For international students needing the printed edition, you will need to contact ET2 directly to order and calculated the shipping rate)
If you choose the printed edition please allow 10-14 for regular shipping, 2 day expedited and overnight options are available, however if you are registering less than 10 days prior to class date it is recommended to order the E-book version to insure that you have your manual in the proper exam window. If you are ordering on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or holiday, your order will be process the next business day.

Triage is not a place, it’s a process!
Triage nurses are key to the overall success of every emergency patient’s care. Optimum triage is imperative to providing rapid assessment and lifesaving interventions when needed, as well as timely care for those patient’s presenting without life threatening illness or injury.
The Art of Emergency Triage course highlights the importance of triage; provides history, governing laws, and guidance to strengthen the existing abilities of veteran nurses and establish strong practices in our new generation of nurses.
