By engaging in therapy services provided by Sahir Sheikh, the Client agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
3. Services
3.1 Sahir Sheikh offers professional sports massage therapy services to clients seeking relief from muscular tension, pain, and stress. The services provided are based on industry standards and practices and are intended to promote the Client's well-being.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. The Client agrees to pay the specified fees for the services provided by Sahir Sheikh. Fees are subject to change, and the Client will be informed of any fee adjustments in advance.
4.2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment with Sahir Sheikh. This deposit is deducted from the total service fee and confirms the Client's commitment to the scheduled appointment.
4.3. Cancellation by the Client: If the Client cancels their appointment, the deposit is non-refundable. Sahir Sheikh reserves the right to charge additional cancellation fees as outlined in the appointment cancellation policy.
4.4. Cancellation by Sahir Sheikh: In the event that Sahir Sheikh must cancel an appointment for any reason, the Client's deposit will be fully refundable at Sahir Sheikh's discretion.
5. Appointment Scheduling
5.1. Clients are responsible for scheduling their appointments in advance through the agreed-upon booking process.
5.2. Appointment times are allocated based on availability and are subject to change based on the Client's preferences and Sahir Sheikh's schedule.
6. Client Health and Safety
6.1. The Client is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their medical history, including any existing medical conditions or allergies that may affect the therapy session.
6.2. Sahir Sheikh reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if the Client's health or safety is at risk or if the Client fails to provide necessary health information.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. Sahir Sheikh is committed to protecting the privacy and data of clients. Any information shared by the Client, including personal and health-related data, will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing massage therapy services.
7.2. Client data, including personal information and health records, will not be disclosed to any third parties without the express consent of the Client, except as required by law or professional ethics.
7.3. Sahir Sheikh will take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of client data. However, the Client acknowledges that electronic communications and data storage may carry inherent risks, and Sahir Sheikh shall not be held liable for any data breaches or unauthorized access that may occur despite reasonable security measures.
7.4. By engaging in therapy services with Sahir Sheikh, the Client consents to the collection, use, and storage of their data for the purpose of providing massage therapy services, record-keeping, and appointment scheduling.
8. Liability
8.1. While every effort is made to provide safe and effective therapy services, the Client acknowledges that there may be inherent risks associated with massage therapy. Sahir Sheikh shall not be held liable for any injury or adverse reactions that may occur during or after the therapy session.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
9.1. Sahir Sheikh reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
