24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date and time.
Cancellation Fee:
A minimum cancellation fee of $100 will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
This fee covers the time and resources allocated to your booking. The cancellation fee will be discussed and agreed upon before confirming the project.
No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations:
If our team arrives at the scheduled service location and the service is canceled at that time, the customer will be responsible for covering all travel expenses in addition to the $100 minimum cancellation fee.
Non-Refundable Deposits:
If a deposit was collected for your booking and the service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit will not be refunded. This policy accounts for the opportunity cost of reserving your time slot, as we could have scheduled another service.
Fee Collection:
The cancellation fee and any applicable travel expenses will be charged to the payment method on file.
Failure to pay these charges may result in the bill being sent to collections.
