ELITE NETWORK DISCORD RULES

1: Absolutely no racist, discriminatory, harassment, bigotry, toxicity, disrespect, or abusive behavior will be tolerated.
2: Threats, including those “made as a joke” will not be tolerated.
3: No drama or improper conduct.
4: Place your messages in the correct channel based on their descriptions, incorrectly doing this too many times will show that you have not read our rules.
5: English only, this is a strictly English speaking community.
6: Use proper microphone habits. Push-to-talk or server mutes will be enforced if you cannot manage your mic properly (ie. loud background noise, talking over other people, shouting, screaming, etc). This includes no voice changers or soundboards! If you want to record people talking on the discord, ALWAYS let them know that you are doing so!
7: Do not advertise other communities, discords, or FiveM servers either in PM’s or in public channels. If you would like to promote your personal YouTube, Twitch, etc, please do so in #self-promotion.
8: No discussion of exploits, hacks, or piracy. Do not post explaining an exploit, or hack method.
9: Do not impersonate anyone including another Community or Staff Member. Do not reveal anyones private information. It is best to keep your Discord name the same as your FiveM username.
10: Absolutely NO NSFW Content (images and text, including your avatar and nickname, relating to explicit sexual content, mind-altering substances, political and religious discourse, piracy, cheats, cracks, or any kind of copyright breaching materials).
11: Do NOT message staff directly, unless you have their permission. # You are expected to follow Discords Terms of Services and Community Guidelines. If you see anyone breaking these rules, please let a staff member know rather than making an issue in public causing unneeded drama. The rules are non-exhaustive and the staff will use their judgment when dealing with disruptive behavior.

FIVEM RULES -------------------------------------------------
1 Microphone - A microphone is required to join the server.
2 Trolling - Trolling is not welcome and you will be banned or kicked.
3 Metagaming - Is not allowed.
4 Combat logging - Combat Logging will never be tolerated.
5 RDM - Random death match will not be tolerated.
6 VDM - Random Vehicle death match will not be tolerated.
7 NLR - New Life Rule If you are declared dead you cannot return to the situation you were involved in.
8 LEO Impersonation - LEO impersonation is not allowed must be a civ III.
9 Safe Zones - Fire stations and Police Stations are safe zones.
10 Cop baiting - Cop baiting will not be tolerated.
11 Malicious Attacks - Roleplaying sexual assault (such as non-consensual touching, rape, etc.) is not allowed.
12. As a Cop dont Stalk a Civ
13 OOC Through Voice Chat -Using Out Of Character through the voice chat is not authorized. If you need to talk OOC then use /ooc. Abuse of OOC through voice chat will lead to a kick.
14 Vehicle Pursuit - If you have nothing to fear it is completely useless to start one. Vehicle Pursuit without valid reasons or lack of action are punishable.
15 Racism - There will be no racism tolerated on the server whatsoever.
16 COC - If a problem needs to be resolved always use the chain of command when contacting staff. Speak to a moderator first before speaking to admins.
17 Mass Suicide RP and Terrorism RP are not allowed.
18 Military RP - Do not use any military vehicles.
19 Horn Spam - Spamming horns is annoying Dont do it.
20 Spamming Chat - Do not intentionally spam chat.
21 CAD - Names are to be Realistic no form of racism will be tolerated. Vehicle plates should be unique and avoid things like "fuckulmao" or "Fuckcopslol"
22 GTA online driving - Drive like you would in the real world.
23 Trash Talking is not allowed If our server is so bad leave.
24 Unrealistic Models - Character models that are unrealistic are not permitted. This includes aliens, bigfoot, cartoon characters, invisible peds, etc.
25 No Monster Trucks or Ramp Buggys Cant use Bikes unless Whitelisted
26: Cant shoot out of your car if you are the Driver
27: You can not come back to the rp you died in
28: You cant Stream/Promote other Rp Servers In Fivem or Discord
