Our app uses trusted third-party services to operate, including:
- Firebase Authentication & Firestore (account creation and secure data storage)
- Stripe (payment processing and fraud prevention)
- Expo SDKs (app functionality and performance, may collect device identifiers)

👶 Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can delete your Elite Chauffeurs account and all associated personal data through either of the following methods:
**Option 1: Delete directly from the app**
1. Open the Elite Chauffeurs app
2. Go to the "Profile" tab
3. Tap on "Personal Info"
4. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to permanently delete your account
**Option 2: Request deletion via email**
- Email us at: info@elitechauffeurs.ie
- Include your registered email address and request account deletion
- We will process your deletion request within 7 business days
Data Handling After Deletion:
- Deleted: Name, phone number, email, profile photo (if uploaded), booking history
- Retained (up to 90 days): Transaction and payment records required by law (e.g., invoices, receipts)
