ADVANCING TO STATE COMPETITION IN MAY!!!
Microplastics are microscopic plastic particles that range in size, but are usually smaller than 5 millimeters, or about 1/5 of an inch. There are an average 2,200 microplastic particles per cubic meter, but there can be much more depending on the area. Recent estimations show that humans can breathe in up to about 70,000 microplastics every day. Also, recent studies show that there can be up to 7 grams of microplastics in the human brain. These statements show that microplastics in the air are a huge problem. This is where the Plasti-Catcher comes in. The filters can catch even the smallest particles, helping the environment and cleaning the surrounding air in factories and in other places, such as houses or office buildings.
