Maximum Notary fees as specified in
Texas Government Code 406.024

Acknowledgments:
$10 for first signature
$1 for each additional signature on same document
Jurats:
$10 per certificate, including oaths or affirmation
Certified Copies:
$10 per certification
Certified Copies of Notarial Records:
$1 per page
Protests:
$4 for each bill or note
$1 per notice served
$4 for certificate and seal
Depositions:
$10 for certificate and oath
$1 per 100 words
All other Notarial Acts: $10

Travel Fee
$25.00 distance 10-25 miles
over 25 miles $1 per mile after
Example:
Pleasant Grove to Seagoville 10 miles =$25 plus notary fee
Pleasant Grove to Arlington 32 miles=$25 fee plus $1per mile  1*7 =7 travel fee $32 travel fee plus notary fee

Loan Signing (25 miles of travel included)-$150.00

Fee for a single Loan Closing; Mileage fee per mile after first 25 miles is $1.00 per mile

Additional  Related  Loans Closing  (piggyback loan)-$35.00

Fee far an additional  loan closing that IS related to the first loan .

Additional Unrelated  Loan Closing-$50.00

Fee for additional loan closing that is NOT related to the first loan. 

Printing of electronic documents (up to 200pages)-$25.00 

Fee for printing electronic documents up to 200pages; after there will be an extra fee of 0.25 per page for additional pages after the initial 200pages 

Travel and Non-Closing-$75.00

if  notary travels to a location and borrower refuses to sign

Full Purchase-$150.00

Fee for full purchase notary signing (closing).

Reverse Mortgage-$150.00

Fee for reverse mortgage notary signing.

E-Documents-Extra Charge-$30.00

Fee for E-Docs is in addition to the signing fee; this fee is only applied if the notary is offering this service. Please check in verify first.

Loan Application-$150.00 

Fee if notary is needed for a loan application 

Cash Deal-$150.00 

Fee for cash deals (e.g. HELOCs) Home Equity Line of Credit

Cancellations Fee-$50.00

Fee applied 2 hours or less notice of cancellation

Fax/Scanning Fee:-$10 to $20 per document. Fee for sending documents via fax or scanning services. 

Waiting Time Fee- Charge for delays at the signing location. $15 to $40 per hour, charge for any waiting time.
