The app is designed and developed specifically for drivers.
Drivers are users registered with a transportation company to provide transportation services to passengers through that company.

“Bookings” refer to transportation requests made by the transportation company’s customers.
“Passengers” refer to individuals or customers who request or receive transportation from drivers through the transportation company.
We collect only the data necessary to provide transportation services and ensure app functionality.
Specifically, we collect:
Driver account details: name, email, and password for login.
Real-time location data: precise geographic location of the driver’s mobile device (when logged in and using the app).
No other personal or device information (such as IP address, device ID, or system details) is collected.
We do not collect or store payment information, contact lists, or media files.
When the driver logs out, the app stops functioning in both the foreground and background, and data collection ceases.
Location data is collected only to:
Track the driver’s position for ride allocation and navigation purposes.
Allow the transportation company to assign bookings efficiently.
Ensure the safety of both the driver and passengers during trips.
We do not use this data for marketing, analytics, or advertising purposes.
We also do not send SMS or marketing emails.
Collected data (such as login details and location) is accessible only to the transportation company with which the driver is registered.
When a driver deletes their account, all personally identifiable information (such as name, email, and password) is permanently removed.
Some non-personal operational data (like completed ride history) may be kept for business records or safety audits.
We do not share your data with any third party for advertising, analytics, or management purposes.
All data is stored securely on our company’s servers.
We take reasonable steps to protect it against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
No external data management service or third-party platform is used to process or store your data.
In compliance with Apple’s App Store data deletion requirements, both companies and drivers can delete their personal data at any time.
To delete your data:
Open the app.
Go to Menu → Profile Details.
Tap Delete Account.
Once deleted:
All personal data (name, email, password, and account details) will be permanently erased from our servers.
Access to the app and its services will be revoked immediately.
You can create a new account later if you wish to rejoin.
Our privacy policy may be updated periodically.
If major changes occur, we will notify users through an in-app message or an email notification.
We may disclose personal data only when required by law or official authorities.
We do not share data with any private individuals or external companies under any circumstances.
