1. OVERVIEW
At Elite Vault, your privacy is our single most important priority. This application is designed as a zero-knowledge security tool. This means all encryption happens locally on your device, and we have no access to your data.
2. DATA STORAGE AND ENCRYPTION
- All media (photos, videos, audio), documents, and notes are secured using military-grade AES-256 GCM encryption.
- DATA OWNERSHIP: Your files are stored EXCLUSIVELY on your device. We do NOT operate external servers to store, backup, or view your private content.
- If you lose your Master PIN and have not set up the Recovery Protocol, we cannot recover your data for you.
3. SYSTEM PERMISSIONS AND USAGE
To provide the security features of the Elite suite, the following permissions are required:
- CAMERA: Used for the 'Intruder Selfie' and 'Spy Video' features to capture evidence of unauthorized access.
- MICROPHONE: Used for 'Spy Audio' and voice-activated recording protocols.
- STORAGE: Necessary to locate and encrypt files from your device gallery.
- LOCATION (GPS): Used solely for the 'Intruder Breach Mapping' feature. This allows you to see the exact location where a wrong PIN was entered. This location data remains encrypted on your device.
- CONTACTS: Used to create and manage a hidden contact list within the vault.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
- GOOGLE PLAY BILLING: All financial transactions for Elite Pro memberships are handled securely by Google. We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information.
- GOOGLE PLAY SERVICES: Used for app distribution and stability monitoring.
5. USER CONTROL AND DELETION
- SELF-DESTRUCT (NUKE PIN): Users have the option to trigger an instant data wipe. This action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
- UNINSTALLATION: Deleting the app will remove the encrypted vault database from your phone. Ensure you use the 'Export Backup' feature if you wish to move your data to a new device.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
We do not collect any personal information from any users, including children. Our application is a local utility tool only.
