PRIVACY POLICY: ELITE CALCULATOR VAULT (2026 REVISION)

1. INTRODUCTION
Elite Calculator Vault is a zero-knowledge, local-first security utility designed to provide total media sovereignty. All encryption and data management occur physically on your device. We do not operate external servers to store, view, or manage your private content.
2. ZERO DATA COLLECTION
- We do NOT collect, store, or transmit your private photos, videos, audio, or notes.
- We do NOT collect or store your Master PIN, Nuke PIN, or Recovery Answers.
- All secure credentials are cryptographically hashed and stored locally on your device.
- NO LOCATION DATA: We do not request or collect GPS or location information.
3. HARDWARE PERMISSIONS & JUST-IN-TIME CONSENT
To provide elite security functionality, the app requires specific hardware access. We follow a "Just-In-Time" permission model, meaning we only request access when you attempt to use a specific feature:
- MEDIA STORAGE: Required to encrypt and secure your files using AES-256 protocols.
- CAMERA: Used solely for "Intruder Alert" and "Secret Camera" features.
- MICROPHONE: Used solely for "Spy Audio" and voice-activated recording protocols.
- CONTACTS: Used solely for the private "Ghost Contact" vault.
4. DATA RESPONSIBILITY & RECOVERY
- NO AUTOMATIC BACKUPS: We do not operate cloud backups. Your data never leaves your physical control.
- MANUAL MANAGEMENT: You are solely responsible for your data. If you uninstall the app without first "exporting" (unlocking) your files to your phone's gallery, your data will be permanently lost.
- RECOVERY: If you lose your Master PIN and have not configured a "Recovery Trigger," we cannot recover your data.
5. TERMINATION (NUKE PROTOCOL & LIABILITY)
- SELF-DESTRUCT: The application includes a "Self-Destruct" (Nuke PIN) feature. If triggered, this will physically erase the private vault database and all encrypted assets from your device.
- NO UNDO: This action is instantaneous and irreversible.
- USER LIABILITY: By configuring and using the Nuke PIN or the "Auto-Wipe" features, you acknowledge and agree that the developer (Elite Vault / Ace of Spades Apps) is NOT responsible for any data loss, whether accidental or intentional. You assume 100% responsibility for the management of these high-security protocols.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services.
7. FINANCIAL DATA
All Pro license transactions are handled securely via Google Play Billing. We do not have access to your credit card or banking information.
