ROUGH CLEAN

• • Windows: Extreme care shall be taken to remove decals and labels from glass on all doors and windows. Remove decals, paint, drywall, silicon, stucco and debris from window and door tracks.

  • Cabinetry: Remove and clean all debris from drawers and shelves.

  • Plumbing: Remove all debris and decals from fixtures, partitions, tubs, showers, sinks and toilets.

  • Light Fixtures: Remove labels and decals.

  • Fireplaces: Remove any labels and decals, vacuum and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

  • HVAC: Vacuum and clean out all intakes, registers and exposed ductwork.

  • Hardware: Remove labels, clean and polish including thresholds, handles and door knobs

  • Countertop: Remove labels, clean and polish including thresholds.

  • Mirrors: Remove labels

  • Appliances: Remove all shipping paper/cardboard, tape, etc.

  • Protective Covers: Remove all labels and protective coverings that are not permanent

  • Trash: Break down boxes and dump all trash in appropriate waste containers

  • Adhesive Removal: Remove all unwanted adhesives, labels, drywall mud and paint overspray

  • Utility Closets: Remove all debris from water heater and furnace compartments and vacuum out.

  • Carpet: Vacuum all carpeted areas

  • Hard Floors: Sweep or Vacuum all floors

  • Report Damage: We will report and document any visible discovered during the cleaning process

FINAL CLEAN

• • Windows: Extreme care shall be taken so that glass or frames are not scratched or marred during cleaning. All door and window tracks shall be cleaned and all foreign material removed.

  • Cabinetry: Wiped down interior/exterior of all cabinets and shelves

  • Plumbing: Clean and polish all plumbing fixtures, including tubs, shower stalls and toilets. Muriatic acid or other abrasive cleaners are prohibited on any finishes.

  • Light Fixtures: dust and polish, clean exterior of lenses, globes, chains and bulbs.

  • Fireplaces: Remove any labels and decals, vacuum and wipe clean with a damp cloth.

  • HVAC: Vacuum and clean out all intakes, registers and exposed ductwork.

  • Hardware: Remove labels, clean and polish including thresholds, handles and door knobs

  • Countertop: Clean and polish including thresholds. All countertops, sinks, vanity tops and lavatories shall be washed in accordance with the plumbing fixture manufacturers recommendations. Muriatic acid or other abrasive cleaners are prohibited on any finishes.

  • Mirrors: Clean and polish mirror and frame.

  • Walls: Clean all smudges, marks, fingerprints etc., from enameled and flat painted walls.

  • Doors: Wipe down front, back, knobs and kick plates

  • Appliances: Clean and polish.

  • Railings: Wipe down all railings

  • Dusting: All horizontal surfaces below 8' will be dusted

  • Trash: Break down boxes and dump all trash in appropriate waste containers

  • Adhesive Removal: Remove all unwanted adhesives, labels, drywall mud and paint overspray

  • Mirrors: Re-clean and polish as needed

  • Flooring: Spot clean carpet where necessary per manufacturer’s recommendations. Vacuum all carpets. Remove any paint spots or scuff marks from tile or wood floors. Wet mop and dry all hard floors floors. Wet mop and buff all resilient floors.

  • Report Damage: We will report and document any visible discovered during the cleaning process
