My specialty areas include Complex PTSD and other trauma work, anxiety disorders, and personality disorders. I also have experience using personality assessments to help facilitate treatment and obtaining diagnostic clarification when feeling “stuck” with clients. Additionally, I have a passion for helping people to foster stronger connections and relationships with one another. I appreciate the importance of relationship dynamics at play between individuals, and enjoy helping to bring those to light, so we can explore new ways to function moving forward.
For other therapists, psychologists, or professionals outside of the mental health field, I am available for consultative services. Consultation involves a collaborative approach in making sure you get what you need professionally. For clinicians, I work best with those who use an interpersonal, process oriented approaches with clients. For those outside of the mental health field, I have expertise in helping to facilitate difficult conversations and come to a deeper understanding between involved entities.
