I strongly believe in the values of inclusion and equity and that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. A lot of my service work has been aimed at increasing participation of underrepresented minorities in the mathematical sciences and at helping everyone have a meaningful and empowering mathematical experience.

Organizer of Women in Mathematics group at UCLA, 2022-present
During my time at IPAM I have became an active member of the WIM group at UCLA. In particular, I am now a mentor for the Women in Math Mentorship Program. My duties as mentor include helping my undergraduate mentees to connect with the broader mathematical community at UCLA and provide advice about navigating the challenges, including those faced by women and non-binary folks as members underrepresented groups.
Finally, together with other members of this group, we plan on hosting a women in Math poster session and to start the Girls Talk Math program at UCLA.
Organizer of Computational Microscopy Seminars, IPAM long Program, 2022-present
Since September 2022 I have been co-organizing the computational microscopy seminars for the core participants at the IPAM long program on computational microscopy. I strive to promote an inclusive environment for all the speakers and participants.
Member of Career Opportunities Committee SIAM national organization, 2021-present
We are responsible for Professional Development and Career Fairs at large SIAM Conferences (1500+ participants). We also oversee the SIAM career brochures, the SIAM Job Board, and suggest creation of materials that encourages students and postdoctoral trainees to choose careers in Applied Mathematics and Computational Sciences. Member of Diversity and Inclusion Committee Arts and Sciences school, 2020-2022
We help developing a more diverse and inclusive WPI community through events and Workshops. Our work impacts all graduate students at WPI, 2206 people. Website
President of Student Chapter of Association of Women in Mathematics, 2020-2022
My duties as President of the AWM school chapter include leading the school chapter and managing its activities in accordance with the policies and procedures of the national AWM organization. With the help of the other officers I coordinate and organize the chapter such as scientific seminars, workshops, social meetings and outreach events. Our chapter currently counts more than 140 members. Website
Organizer of Personal and Professional Development Workshops for Women in Mathematics, 2020-2022
This workshop is funded through the Women Impact's Network Grant. This is a four-part panel series for personal and professional development for women in Mathematics. The goal of the panels is to help graduate and undergraduate Mathematics students throughout the process of applying for jobs, internships, and graduate programs while acknowledging and learning how to overcome gender bias and gender discrimination in a male-dominated field such as Mathematics. The panels were held virtually in 2020 and had more than 30 participants each.
Organizer of Mathematical Sciences and Statistics Ph.D. Weekly Seminars, 2019-2022
The Ph.D. weekly seminars have been a great opportunities for WPI Math Ph.D. students to learn about other people's research and to connect with each other. This seminars have resulted in new scientific collaborations and friendships.
Co-Organizer of Sofya Kovalevskaya-day at WPI, 2018-2022
This is an outreach event for middle school girls (grade 6-8). Girls are invited on campus at WPI for a full day of fun and engaging math activities run by current WPI students and faculty with the goal of bolstering the girls’ continued passion and enthusiasm for mathematics while meeting other girls who share similar interests. SK-day has been a recurring event over the past three years (both in person and virtual) with more than 100 young participants. Website

I have been part of the A&S student advisory councils since my first year at WPI. My duties include advise the Dean on initiatives that have a direct impact on students including those that increase the visibility of the Arts & Sciences at WPI. Website
