Eling Pro is designed with a "Privacy First" approach. Most of the data processing happens locally on your device. To provide our services, we access the following features:

•Microphone: Used for voice-to-text transcription. Audio is processed to generate text notes and is not stored permanently unless you save the transcription.

•Camera: Used to capture photos that you can attach to your notes as visual assets.

•Internal Storage: Used to store your text notes, image files, and settings locally on your device using a secure database.

•Notifications & Reminders: Used to schedule and send alerts for reminders you have created via voice commands or manual input.

2. How Your Information is Used

All data collected—including your voice transcripts, captured images, and reminder schedules—is stored exclusively on your device.

•We do not have a central server.

•We do not upload your personal notes or photos to any external cloud or third-party servers.

•Your data only leaves your device if you explicitly choose to share a note using the "Share" feature (e.g., sending it via WhatsApp, Email, or other apps).

3. Third-Party Services

Our application utilizes the following system services:

•Google Speech Services / Android Speech Recognizer: Used to process your voice into text. The use of this service is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. Depending on your device settings, this processing may happen offline or online via Google’s secure APIs.

4. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally, the security of your information depends on the security of your mobile device. We recommend using device-level security features such as screen locks (PIN, Fingerprint, or Face ID) to prevent unauthorized access to your notes.

5. Permissions

Upon first use, the app will request the following permissions:

•RECORD_AUDIO: Required for the voice-to-text feature.

•CAMERA: Required for taking photos for your notes.

•READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Required to display captured media and send you reminders.

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings, though some features of the app may stop functioning.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be notified to you by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy and through app updates.
