Elim High School is on a block schedule which includes four daily classes that meet for 45 minutes, completing one course in two nine-week semesters, or one term. One block of 45 minutes over the entire school year (except Chapel days) meets at the beginning of each school day. Students take nine or ten classes per year. Core classes include Bible, English, Mathematics, Science, English Language, and Health and Fitness.
Our goal at Elim is to teach, mentor, equip, and disciple students to be in relationship with Jesus Christ. We do this through teaching biblical literacy, equipping students to embrace their identity in Christ, and discipleship or spiritual mentorship. The Elim educational experience distinguishes the Bible as supreme authority in life and equips our students to be leaders able to live out their faith as a practical demonstration of God’s love.
