This page is curated by the Honorable Elijah Muhammad Experience Representatives in support of the efforts of
the renovation and restoration of the Elijah Muhammad House Museum.
This home is an historic turn of the century mansion located in the Kenwood Neighborhood of Chicago. It is the former National House of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and The Nation of Islam.
This Sacred property is the most important piece of property in modern day African American history. There are more leaders and icons that have visited, dined, and met in the Home of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and Mother Clara Muhammad from 1952 to 1972 than any other piece of property in our modern-day history as African Americans. More influencers from our community have met and dined in this home from 1952 to 1972. From the Rev Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Mrs. Coretta Scott King, Mother Tynnetta Muhammad, Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall, Senator Adam Clayton Powell, Comedian and Activist Dick Gregory, Author and Activist James Baldwin, Muhammad Ali, Wilma Rudolph, Malcolm X, Mother Evelyn Muhammad, James Brown, Sam Cook, Kwame Toure, Ralph Abernathy, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, Mother Khadijah Farrakhan, Che Guevera, Members of the 1968 Democratic Convention, a host of International Representatives, Business Leaders and many other iconic members of our community.
Through place-based education, you will be able to learn firsthand about the Life of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad through never heard before recordings, conversations, and Table Talk™ discussions. Soon, you too can grace the same space as history makers of our community. This is an opportunity for us to own and monetize our culture.
We thank you for your support. Urban Historic Preservation is important.
Peace and Blessings!

Welcome Sajdah House Supporters!
Since 1930, The Nation of Islam has been and remains a redemptive and transformational force within in America and beyond its borders. The Teachings of the Eternal Leader of the Nation of Islam, the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad, is re-awakening the mind and spirit of Black people and humanity into the knowledge of God, self, Satan and the time and what must be done. His Teachings are even more necessary and life-saving in this critical and dark hour the world is now in. The preservation of the home of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad is a preservation of His Life-Saving Teachings and we are calling out to you to be a part of this grand historic renovation and restoration project!
Sajdah Wendy Muhammad is the founder of Sajdah House, and the name "Sajdah" is the new name of the former home of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad. According to the founder, this restoration project "is dedicated to the cultural exhibition of the economic development of the Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and impactful entrepreneurs from marginalized communities around the world ."
In a February 2023 Final Call Interview, Sajdah Muhammad shared “I don’t think that anybody’s ever seen a living museum. Because my sentiment and our sentiment is that you can’t represent a living man the same way you represent a dead man. And so this will be a living museum filled with the life-giving energy of the Honorable Elijah Muhammad and His star student, who will be enshrined there with him, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan, who said to me that it was in that house where he was born.”
The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad can be quoted as saying "Don't withhold your good because someone else appears to withhold theirs. You do your part."
We are calling on the world community to do your part to support the completion of the historic restoration of The Honorable Elijah Muhammad House Museum!
As Salaam Alaikum (Peace Be Unto You),

During a recent interview on the Munir Muhammad Show, Sister Sajdah Muhammad explained the significance of the Elijah Muhammad House Museum and why urban historic preservation is important.
We’re only about 15% away from getting the house done. We just need a little help. And if you love the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, and you believe that his house should be a historic museum, a place where people can go and experience the Honorable Elijah Muhammad, we ask that you support. We’re giving you a beautiful way to support by offering the Commemorative Elijah Coins, that are made of the copper from the Messenger’s home.
