My research lies at the intersection of healthcare operations and behavioral operations, with a particular interest in how operational decisions and patient behavior interact in emerging healthcare delivery models. My work examines topics including telemedicine and multichannel healthcare delivery, patient channel choice, behavioral interventions, appointment cancellations, and patient retention. I use a combination of analytical modeling, experiments, and empirical methods to study these questions.
